1. General Refund Policy

Giggl acts as a facilitator between Service Providers and Clients. Our primary role is to connect these parties, and we do not provide the services directly. As such, any refunds for services rendered are subject to the following conditions:

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If a Service Provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
  • Service Not as Described: If the service provided significantly differs from the description agreed upon by the Client and the Service Provider.
  • Service Quality Issues: If the service provided is deemed to be of poor quality and does not meet professional standards.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, Clients must:

  1. Contact the Service Provider directly to resolve the issue.
  2. If the issue cannot be resolved directly, submit a refund request to Giggl within 14 days of the service completion date. The request should include:
  • The Client's contact information.
  • The Service Provider's details.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., communications, service descriptions, photos).

4. Evaluation of Refund Requests

Upon receiving a refund request, Giggl will:

  1. Review the provided information and contact both the Client and the Service Provider.
  2. Evaluate the validity of the request based on the evidence provided and the Terms of Service.
  3. Make a determination on the refund request within 30 days of receipt.

  • If the refund request is approved, Giggl will process the refund to the original payment method used by the Client.
  • If the refund request is denied, Giggl will provide a detailed explanation to the Client.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The Client changes their mind after the service has been started or completed.
  • The Client fails to provide the necessary information or access for the Service Provider to perform the service.
  • The refund request is submitted after the 14-day window.

7. Service Fees

Any service fees charged by Giggl for the use of the platform are non-refundable.
